The initiative provides for the acquisition for a period of 60 months of:
I. a "Computer Aided Translation" software solution (hereinafter referred to as the "CAT Tool"), consisting of a client component and a server component to be installed
on-premise, complete with a tool dedicated to terminology management and including related maintenance and support services, consisting of:
- CAT Tool licenses – client component (individual and concurrent);
- CAT Tool licenses – server component (concurrent type) - Full license and Web editor;
II. a "general purpose" instance of a machine translation engine to be installed on-premise and related maintenance and support services;
III. a "specialist" instance to be imported into the same machine translation engine referred to in point II. above, to be installed on-premise and including the first training carried out by the provider in SaaS with related maintenance and support services. These services also include retraining for each year of the contract;
IV. a specialist service for the installation and initial configuration of software products;
V. a specialist service for the migration of language resources from the current CAT Tools solution;
VI. a specialist assistance service based on consumption;
VII. a corps service for initial formation.
The details of the components to be acquired by each body are reported in the tender documents.
The starting price of the auction subject to reduction, net of security charges from interference risks, is € 573,100.00 - of which € 559,600.00 for acquisitions attributable to the Bank and € 13,500.00 for the purchase needs of IVASS; This amount also includes, for the sole purpose of an economic quotation, the additional "specialist application" indicated in the first introductory paragraph relating to options (cf. II. 2.11). There are auction sub-bases.
The estimated maximum amount, which includes the options indicated in point II.2.11 below and the security charges for the risks of interference between employers, is € 680,100.00, of which € 665,100.00 relates to the needs of the Bank and € 15,000.00 to the needs of IVASS.
