The scope and purpose of the procurement

STAMI shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of seminar and meeting food. The food shall be delivered to Gydas vei 8, Majorstuen, Oslo.

The framework agreement includes catering service in connection with meetings, seminars, courses and so forth, preferably within normal office hours; 8:00-16:00. The major part of the catering service will be deliveries of cold food. Food for overtime work is not included in the tender contest.

The estimated annual value of catering services for Stami is 400 000 NOK excluding VAT. STAMI expects that the volume will be approximately identical per annum during the agreement period. This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
