VE33 Civil engineering and landscaping works

In the course of the replacement of a new school building at the Astrid Lindgren Primary School in Büdelsdorf, the outdoor facilities for the new building have to be rebuilt.

These are paved parts of the schoolyard, the fortified entrance area and green areas. It is to be worked on existing schoolyard areas. In addition, areas that were used as construction site facilities will be restored (as lawns) and temporary constructions will be erected for further construction work at the site.

Paved surfaces are made of concrete pavement, with edgings and surface drainage facilities for connection to the front. RW lines (pre-trades). Façade gutters and tread gratings are recorded in the landscaping trade. Equipment is provided to a limited extent, mainly bicycle racks as well as fences and gates / gates.

Elsewhere on the school grounds, a barrier-free ramp is to be built into the existing building, paving made of concrete angle supports, handrails made of galvanized steel.

Clearance work has been carried out by preliminary trades. Likewise, soil replacement and terrain filling.
