The subject of the present award procedure is the procurement of SAP Signavio licenses for use in the SaaS model for the following modules:

- SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub

- SAP Signavio Process Manager

- SAP Signavio Process Governance

- SAP Signavio Process Intelligence

- SAP Signavio Process Governance Collaborator.

The subject of the present award procedure is the procurement of SAP Signavio licenses for use in the SaaS model for the following modules:

- SAP Signavio Process Manager (currently approx. 20 licenses)

- SAP Signavio Process Governance (currently approx. 10 licenses)

- SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (currently approx. 3 licenses)

- SAP Signavio Process Governance Collaborator (currently approx. 6 licenses)

The licence figures given above are only indicative and do not give rise to any entitlement to the retrieval of the scope. Further details will be made available to the tenderers selected in the course of the procedure.

It is optional to offer:

- Call-off quotas for additional license requirements

The Contractor must be a sales partner who has the authority to distribute SAP licenses, in particular SAP Signavio licenses.

The project language is German and the correspondence/text form in connection with the project must also be in German.

The contract is scheduled to be concluded at the end of February 2024. The contract is scheduled to start on March 1, 2024 and have a term of 12 months with an optional extension of one year at a time, unless it is terminated four months before expiry.
