The supply of n. 1 FLOW CYTOMETER is financed through the 2018 Capital Account "Technological innovation to support the Pilot Project for the Screening of Young Women and Identification of New Ones early disease biomarkers.”
The flow cytofluorometer subject to the procedure must be a latest generation instrumentation, of new production and controlled by a single software platform capable of performing the examinations in question and equipped with the following minimum technical characteristics:
Equipped with 5 solid-state lasers (Blue, Red, Violet, Yellow-Green and Ultra-Violet) to simultaneously detect at least 20 parameters (18 fluorescences + 2 physical parameters)
Fixed laser alignment
Interchangeable Optical Filters
Fully digital signal processing and data acquisition system with simultaneous calculation and storage of Area, Height and Pulse Width on all fluorescence and SSC channels, to guarantee a completeness of information without any limits in the analytical phase
Multiple threshold on morphological and fluorescence parameters
Resolution on SSC of at least 0.3 µm
Automatic system for the evaluation of instrumental performance;
Instrumental calibration system
Possibility to subsequently add a module for the automatic acquisition of 96-well plates
PC with unique management software dedicated to data acquisition and analysis
The supply must include a training course for 4 operators
12 months full risk warranty from the date of positive testing: it must guarantee the full functionality of the proposed system, assembly, installation and start-up of the machine, replacement of parts can be worn with original parts or the entire instrumentation if not repairable (see art. 6)
The instrumentation must be supplied with a dedicated support desk.
