Framework agreement for the assignment of construction and / or extraordinary maintenance works of electrical, lighting, special and security systems and to a marginal extent of civil works, as well as optional supplies.

Electrical systems are Plants for the transformation of electricity from Medium to Low Voltage, power supply systems in absolute continuity and reserve energy generation, motive power distribution systems and user terminal systems, earthing and protection systems against atmospheric discharges, energy accumulators.

Lighting systems are the ordinary vehicular traffic lighting system and vehicle parking lots, the aircraft apron lighting system and obstacle lights, the emergency lighting system and escape routes, the ordinary lighting system for indoor buildings.

For special systems we mean CCTV video systems, systems and equipment for Radio-Communications, the Telephone Network and Data Transmission and telephone sets, systems for Sound Diffusion, digital and satellite TV systems.

Security systems are smoke and fire detection/signalling/alarm systems, fire extinguishing systems, smoke extraction and fire dampers, access control and intrusion detection systems and supervision systems for technological systems and electricity consumption.

Framework agreement for the assignment of construction and / or extraordinary maintenance of heating / cooling, mechanical, aeraulic, thermo-hydraulic, fire-fighting systems, and to a marginal extent of civil works, as well as optional supplies.

The service has as its object the realization of the ordinary maintenance of the civil structures and the completion works of all the buildings and artifacts present at the grounds of the Venice Airport. The service consists in the conservation of the structural works of the buildings in a safe condition and in the maintenance of the finishes of the buildings themselves, including the plumbing and sanitary systems, in adequate conditions of functionality and decorum. The service also consists in the maintenance of airport superstructures. Maintenance will be ordinary, preventive and periodic, corrective and / or failure. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right to entrust, without any obligation, improvement works (extraordinary) during the duration of the contract, within the cost limits indicated below.
