1.The subject of the contract includes the delivery of brand new cars, year of manufacture 2023, one make, model and color.

1) Cars must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 20 June 1997 – Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and their necessary equipment.

2) The Contractor shall deliver and unload the subject of the contract at its own expense, ensuring its proper security during transport and during loading and unloading.

3) Delivery address: West Pomeranian Provincial Road Authority in Koszalin,

Szczecińska 31, 75-122 Koszalin, from 7:00 to 14:00, after prior notification to the Ordering Party (in writing or electronically) at least 3 working days before the delivery date.

4) Delivered cars must be equipped with the following documents:

a) certificate of approval in the territory of the Republic of Poland,

b) guarantee book,

c) full vehicle owner's manual in Polish,

(d) CE safety certificates (declarations of conformity).

3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding similar contracts,

referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law.

4. The Contracting Authority does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor(s)

on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities within the scope of contract performance.
