Maintenance and repairs of military equipment (SPW) anti-aircraft missile systems (PZR): kub, OSA and their subassemblies and parts in the years 2024 - 2026.

The Contracting Authority does not provide:

1. award of contracts referred to in Article 415(2)(6) of the Public Procurement Law;

2. concluding a framework agreement;

3. settlements in foreign currencies;

4. electronic auction;

5. reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure;

6. submit an offer in the form of electronic catalogues;

7. possibility of granting advances,

8. submission of variant bids,

9. site visit,

10. award of an optional contract (option right) referred to in Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law,

11. reservation of personal performance of key tasks by the Contractor.

The description of the subject matter of the contract is described in detail in the Draft Agreement and the Operational and Technical Requirements (WET), which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Contractors invited to submit offers who meet the conditions specified in the announcement.

Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance the contract in whole or in part of the contract have not been granted.
