The Contracting Authority divides the orders into two parts.
PART 1 The order is to provide the service of reception, transport and development of all municipal waste arising on inhabited and non-inhabited properties in the territory of the city and the municipality of Prochowice in a way that ensures the attainment of adequate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods other than hazardous construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste and restriction mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888).
PART 2The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste accumulated in the PSZOK.
