The provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade for PKP Purchasing Group Companies

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor/Post Operator to the Contracting Authority of postal services. These include domestic and foreign letter shipments and domestically traded mail parcels, for the acceptance, movement and delivery of postal shipments and their eventual refunds, within the meaning of the Act of 23 November 2012 - Postal Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 pos. 1041, 2320) and the provision of the service of receiving mail consignments 5 days a week (i.e. Monday to Friday) from the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

By the Contractor/Post Operator shall mean the entrepreneur entitled to

carrying out postal activities i.e. authorised by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications to carry out postal activities in the field of acceptance, movement and delivery of consignments in domestic and foreign trade in accordance with Article 6 (1) of the Postal Law of 23 November 2012 - Postal Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1041, 2320).
