The subject of the order is 39 repairs at the level of maintenance of P4 electric multiple units (EZT) of the EN57 series with the EN57AL symbol modernized according to technical documentation No. PT / 03/2011 (hereinafter referred to as EZT of the EN57AL series).

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out 39 repairs at the P4 maintenance level of electric multiple units (EZT) of the EN57 series with the EN57AL symbol modernized according to technical documentation No. PT / 03/2011 (hereinafter referred to as EZT of the EN57AL series).

2. The detailed description, scope and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Material provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the ToR and connectors to the Material provisions of the contract.

In all the provisions of the ToR and its annexes, in which the Employer refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with art. 30 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law, allows for the use of equivalent solutions, standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, indicated in the ToR and annexes. In the case of using equivalent solutions, the Contractor is required to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in relation to the subject of the contract.

3. The Employer requires that the reliability coefficient of each electric multiple unit for individual 3-month periods should not be lower than 0.95. A detailed description regarding the requirements of the Wn coefficient is included in § 6 Material provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the ToR.

4. The Employer requires for each entire EZT after repair at the P4 maintenance level a quality guarantee for a period of at least 12 months, counting from the day of signing the commissioning report of the acceptance of a given electric multiple unit.

5. The Awarding Entity requires the contract to be completed by December 31, 2021.

6. The Employer requires repairs at the P4 maintenance level of the first electric train set within a maximum of 70 calendar days and each subsequent electric train set within a maximum of 60 calendar days from the day the electric train set was submitted for repair.
