The subject of this call for tenders is the coordination and provision of simultaneous interpretation services for the EMCDDA. This tender is divided into two lots. Tenders may be submitted for one lot or for both lots.

This procurement procedure will result in the conclusion of a framework service contract for the coordination and provision of simultaneous interpretation services, mainly for the meetings of the EMCDDA Management Board.

This framework service contract concerns the coordination and provision of simultaneous interpretation services mainly for the meetings of the EMCDDA Management Board which require interpretation from and into four ‘active’ languages: French, English, German and the language of the Chair) and into two other ‘passive’ official EU languages on a rotation basis, as much as possible by protocol order and in principle to cover all of them.

This procurement procedure will result in the conclusion of a framework service contract for the coordination and provision of interpretation services for EMCDDA technical cooperation projects (EU4Monitoring Drugs 2 project and COPOLAD III project). This framework service contract concerns the coordination and provision of simultaneous or consecutive interpretation services for meetings of EMCDDA technical cooperation projects (EU4Monitoring Drugs II project and COPOLAD III project). This may concern statutory meetings (like project advisory committee meetings), technical meetings, webinars, expert meetings and site visits. The languages required for the EU4MD II project are: Arabic, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Georgian, French, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian (Arabic, French and Russian may be the most common). The language required for the COPOLAD III project is Spanish.
