The contract has as its object the assignment of the management of the "Home Care Premium 2022" project, for the provision of personal assistance services, supplementary services, as described in Article 7, of the special tender specifications and as better defined in the INPS documents, integral parts of this tender procedure. The project intervention must refer to services and interventions relating exclusively to the social welfare sphere of support to Non-Self-sufficiency and the state of fragility, also with a view to prevention. Recipients of the interventions are non-self-sufficient subjects, residing in the territory of the Municipalities of the Social Territorial Area n.6, entitled to the services and services provided for by the HCP 2022 Project (see Article 3 - Public Call HCP Project 2022) which, usefully positioned in the ranking, were the winners of the HCP 2022 benefit.
The ATS 6 intends, in continuity with the interventions implemented in previous years, to carry out the Home Care Premium 2022 project, with the aim of supporting the elderly and the disabled who are not self-sufficient, thanks to the strengthening of services to the person. The Home Care Premium project provides, as provided for by the Public Call issued by INPS, the following services:
A) supplementary benefits provided in favor of the beneficiaries, subject to acceptance of the social-welfare pact, such as:
- personal assistance services, which are the subject of this tendering procedure,
- services and structures of an extra-home nature, such as integrative and complementary interventions of a non-health nature, aimed at the growth of relational or cognitive skills, the strengthening of skills and the prevention of the evolution of degenerative pathology that affects the level of non-self-sufficiency, to be carried out exclusively at socio-educational day rehabilitation centers for the disabled, day centers for the elderly, youth aggregation centres, children's centres;
- Supports: not financed by other national or regional laws in force, subject to a declaration drawn up by a doctor of the NHS.
B) prevalent benefit whose budget is managed directly by INPS and is provided directly by the Institute in favor of the beneficiaries, subject to acceptance of the social-welfare pact:
- economic contributions aimed at reimbursement of the expense incurred for the home assistant hired directly by the beneficiary, with a domestic work contract.

Recipients of the interventions are non-self-sufficient subjects, residing in the territory of the Municipalities of the Social Territorial Area n.6 twenty right to the benefits and services provided for by the HCP 2022 Project (see Article 3 - Public Call HCP Project 2022) which, usefully positioned in the ranking, were the winners of the HCP 2022 benefit. The owner of the Project is the Municipality of Fano, as the lead body of the ATS n.6.
