The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:

- collection, transport and management of municipal waste mixed and collected in a selective manner, arising in real estate inhabited in the Municipality of Tarnowskie Góry and equipping real estate inhabited with containers and bags for collecting municipal waste,

- organizing and running (including receiving waste) a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK).

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:

A detailed description of the item of the order shall include the annexes to the SWZ i.e.

- Description of the object of the order — Annex 2 to the SWZ,

- calculation of waste planned for collection – placed in the content of the offer form (Annex 1 to the SWZ)

- the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be introduced into the content of this agreement together with the annexes – Annex 9 to the SWZ.
