The estimated amount of waste is 360 Mg. The amount of waste covered by the contract is an estimate resulting from the area of the building in which the waste is located and may change.

Information on the contractor's obligation to personally perform key parts of the contract.
In connection with the condition of having the right to conduct a specific business or professional activity, the Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the contractor to personally perform the transport of hazardous waste on the basis of an entry in the Database on Products and Packaging and on Waste Management (BDO), in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended).
