Advertising agencies for Danske Lottery Games A/S and Det Danske Klasselotteri A/S

Danske Lottery Spil A/S and Det Danske Klasselotteri A/S offer a framework agreement consisting of two (2) sub-contracts for the supply of advertising agencies. See details of the benefits covered by section. II.2.4). The tender is conducted as a negotiated tender.

Prequalification may be applied for one or both subcontracts. Applicants will be assessed individually for each subcontract applied for pre-qualification for.

Contracting entities expect to conduct two negotiating sessions with each bidder.

The tender is conducted in Danish.

Contracting entities shall provide participation remuneration of DKK 70,000 excluding VAT to the bidders participating throughout the tendering process and submit a definitive conditional offer.

In relation to the section of the tender notice. I.3) it may be indicated that access to the tender material is restricted so that Annex 1A (Background Material) of the Framework Agreement is forwarded to the pre-qualified bidders upon signature of the Confidentiality Agreement.

Subcontract 1: Advertising agencies to the Lotto, Vikinglotto and Class Lottery

Subcontract 1 includes advertising agencies related to marketing the products Lotto, Vikinglotto, Class Lottery and games that belong to these brands. That is, services related to “extensions” of the games covered or new concepts developed on the basis of the core of the games or which are closely related to these games will be covered by the subcontract.

The overall advertising agencies include:

1) Ongoing strategic communications advice, including branding and positioning advice

2) Developing campaigns, including creative strategy creation, campaign drafting, and campaign execution

3) Ongoing pool communication

4) Projects and other defined communication tasks

The detailed and detailed description of the above benefits is set out in Annex 1 of the subcontract, the description of the performance description.

Subcontract 2: Advertising agencies to the Quick

Subcontract 2 includes advertising agencies related to marketing the product Quick as well as games that belong to the Quick brand. That is, services related to “extensions” of the games covered or new concepts developed on the basis of the core of the games or which are closely related to these games will be subject to the subcontract.

The overall advertising agencies include:

1) Ongoing strategic communications advice, including branding and positioning advice

2) Developing campaigns, including creative strategy creation, campaign drafting, and campaign execution

3) Projects and other defined communication tasks
