The objective of the evaluation is to gain an assessment of how Jobbsjansen, as a subsidy scheme and qualification program, is suited to placing immigrants in work and education. IMDi wants an evaluation of how the scheme as a whole functions in regard to the government's integration objective and the specific objective set for Jobbsjansen.

The assignment ‘Evaluation of Jobbsjanen’ is divided into three sections and comprises:

1) Knowledge summary and result evaluation of the subsidy scheme ‘Ny sjanse/Jobbsjansen’ [New chance/Job chance] in the period 2005-2016.

2) Follow-up evaluation of Jobbsjansen from 2017 with emphasis on new target groups.

3) Reporting of results for Jobbsjansen in 2017 and 2018.

The duration of the assignment is from approx. 1.9.2017 to 31.12.209. The different sections of the assignment shall be carried out at different times and have different completion dates:

— Section 1 of the assignment shall be carried out by 31.12.2017.

— Section 2 of the assignment shall be carried out by 31.12.2019.

— Section 3 of the assignment shall be carried out prior to the end of the first quarter of 2019.
