1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations to the municipality of Wólka.

2. The order is implemented as part of the project “RES in the MUNICIPALITY WÓLKA- STAGE II - installation of heat pumps, solar collectors, biomass furnaces and photovoltaic cells” co-financed by the EU under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lublin Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 Axis Priority 4 Environmental Friendly Energy Action 4.1. Support the use of RES.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations to the municipality of Wólka.

2. The order is implemented as part of the project “RES in the MUNICIPALITY WÓLKA- STAGE II - installation of heat pumps, solar collectors, biomass furnaces and photovoltaic cells” co-financed by the EU under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lublin Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 Axis Priority 4 Environmental Friendly Energy Action 4.1. Support the use of RES.

3. The subject of the contract includes, inter alia, the delivery and installation of sets of photovoltaic installations in the Wólka municipality, including inter alia:

1) delivery and installation of 5 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 2.28 kW, in 5 indicated locations;

2) delivery and installation of 105 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 3.42 kW, in 105 indicated locations;

3) Installation made on the basis of modules photovoltaic monocrystalline panels with a power of min. 380 W;

4) Inverters mounted under the order must have approximately 1 kW of stock capacity, allowing the connection of an additional 1 kW,

5) assembly of support structures of photovoltaic modules,

6) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure,

7) installation of solar wiring between modules and inverter,

8) execution of the main installation to connect the inverter to the main switchboard of the building

9) Installation of RDC circuit switchgear,

10) assembly of the inverter,

11) installation of RAC switchgear switchgear circuits,

12) performance of anti-shock protection,

13) performance of surge protection,

14) test, measurement, adjustment and technological start-up of the installation,

15. Documentation of notification of connection of microinstallations to the electricity grid of the regional DSO,

16) training Users in the proper operation of the completed installations,

17. drawing up service instructions containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation,

18) programming and commissioning of the installation,

19) supplement possible defects of walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after conducting passages,

20) other elements included in Annex 8 to the SWZ (design documentation) and the contract model annex 7 to the SWZ).

4. The Contracting Authority requires that during installation take into account the requirements of disabled persons and the availability of installation controls for them (assembly carried out in a manner ensuring that maintenance activities for disabled persons in particular moving on wheelchairs).

5. The Ordering Party requires that the installation is not longer than 3 working days following each other within one location.

6. For the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to perform all service activities required by the suppliers of the assembled equipment (services, reviews, etc.).

7. Contractor warrants and guarantees for work performed for a period of not less than 3 years and not more than 5 years from the date of signing by the Contractor and the Contractor of the final receipt protocol (the warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders described in Chapter XVIII SWZ).

8. The order must be executed, inter alia, in accordance with the technical documentation annex 8 to the SWZ.

9. The equipment, fittings and fittings installed during the execution of the order must be factory new, in accordance with the parameters specified in the technical documentation.

10. The implementation of the subject of the contract should be carried out on the basis of the applicable provisions, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1333, amended) together with implementing regulations, by the Contractor with relevant experience, executive potential and having persons with relevant experience and qualifications.

11. The materials used by the Contractor should correspond, as to the quality, to the requirements of products authorised for marketing and use in construction, as defined in Article 10 of the Act of 7 July 1
