The subject of the contract is the development of a formal and legal design documentation, together with obtaining the appropriate implementation permit (construction project) and the development of technical documentation (executive project), as well as the supervision of the investment for the construction purpose under the name:

— design of the construction of the gas station w/c SRP Q = 8,000 m3/h in msc. Brodnica — Michałowo — part no. 1,

— design of the reconstruction of the gas station ś/c SP Q = 3 150 m3/h in msc. Brodnica — Lidzbarska — part No. 2.

Development of the formal and legal design documentation together with obtaining the final decision on the construction permit (construction project) and the development of technical documentation (executive project), as well as fulfilling the author's supervision: design of the construction of the reduction and measurement station w/c Q = 8 000 m3/h in Brodnica-Michałowo.

Material scope:

a) gas station w/c Q = 8,000 m3/h.

Detailed scope of work:

1) the implementation of the construction project, the implementation, the design of the organization of the movement, the project of the restoration of the pavement and the object of the works;

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision or notification on behalf of and for the Employer the intention to start construction works or construction not requiring permission for building;

3) execution of investor cost estimates;

4) exercising author's supervision covering five one-off benefits of author's supervision;

5) registration of the construction log.

Material scope:

(a) measuring station 3 150 m3/h;

(b) in the existing gas station, select filters for throughput for the entire facility Q = 3 380 m3/h and technological pipelines for the capacity Q = 3 150 m3/h and replace the gas meter.

Detailed scope of work:
