Description:
Subsequent framework agreement for IT services

The purpose of this framework agreement is to reference several holders able to respond to the calls for competition organized by the GIE SIN, the GIE CDC Habitat Overseas on behalf of its members and SODIAC and ADOMA with a view to carrying out specific missions in the field of information technology. The holders must be able to provide various IT services defined in each batch relating to studies, development, advice, installation and configuration of microcomputers & peripherals, support, operation, expertise and training.

LOT 1: Specific developments and application integration

The scope of the IT services of this batch is part of the evolution of the information systems of GIE SIN, ADOMA, GIE HOM and SODIAC, which regularly make adjustments to the parameterization of new modules, integration of new software, interfacing with other business software or specific development of new applications.

LOT 2: Software expertise of real estate professions and support functions

In the context of the operation or integration of the new versions or functionalities of the IKOS software, SOPRA STERIA, ABYLA of La Foncière Numérique (LABEO), or the various peripheral software making up the information system of the CDC Habitat Group, GIE SIN, ADOMA, GIE HOM and SODIAC have recourse to expert interventions functional and technical.

LOT 3: Software expertise in real estate jobs, social housing and support functions

As part of the operation or integration of new versions or functionalities of the PREM HABITAT software or the various peripheral software components of the ADOMA information system, the IT department uses functional and technical expertise interventions.

LOT 4: Infocentre Expertise and Business Intelligence

As part of the evolution of their information systems, GIE SIN, ADOMA, GIE HOM and SODIAC, develop and maintain a Decision Information System (DIS) offering the following services: - Catalogue of requests on demand, Production and dissemination of automatic dashboards - Distribution of mass reporting, - Provision analysis models and data on all software data managed by the Information and Digital Systems Department.

Studies Assistance to Project Owners, and Change Management

In the field of the implementation of computer applications, the IT departments of GIE SIN, ADOMA, GIE HOM and SODIAC provide support in the form of project management assistance services to functional departments, change management missions.

User support/fleet management

GIE SIN, ADOMA, GIE HOM and SODIAC offer its users a Level 1 and Level 2 support service via a Service Center and occasionally needs functional or technical expertise missions to enrich and complete evolutions of its service center.These services are based on the ITIL method

LOT 7: Infrastructure Expertise

As part of the maintenance in operational condition and the evolution of its IT infrastructure, GIE SIN, ADOMA, GIE HOM and SODIAC manage the following services: - Technical expertise- Technical architecture, performance management- Technical project management- Operational security assistance and analysis of security incidents

LOT 8: Information Systems Security

As part of the operation of its IT infrastructure, GIE SIN, ADOMA, GIE HOM and SODIAC cover the following services: - Expertise in information systems security- Monitoring of an information systems security policy

LOT 9: Training

As part of the implementation of new tools related to computer/digital projects (outside office automation), GIE SIN, GIE HOM, ADOMA and SODIAC offer with business departments support for the change of impacted employees. The implementation of this support is done in support of the internal teams, with if necessary training in the Group's own tools. Lot 9 holders must set up training, integrating the design, organization and facilitation of e-learning with identified users.
