1) The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and disinfection services of premises and co-care of patients in the field of medical care in the Hospital and the provision of cleaning and disinfection services in the Revenue and the Administration building

2) A detailed description of premises and rules for maintaining cleanliness and the scope of duties of employees performing services in the premises of the Contracting Authority, how to handle waste, clean and dirty underwear, see Annex 2 attached to this SWZ

3) The service provided must be consistent with the description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex 2. At the request of the Contractor, after signing the contract, the Contracting Authority shall make appropriate procedures available.
