Turnerschaft Jahn München v. 1887 e.V. / VE 02 - Elektroarbeiten

This contract is for the renovation of the existing sports facility of the Turnerschaft München by

1887 e.V. from 1971. This is the second construction phase of an overall project,

the first construction phase, which has already been completed (new construction of an independent gymnasium)

preceded it. In the following, therefore, there will be more talk of the second construction phase (BA2 for short).

The existing sports complex includes two gymnasiums ("Small Hall" and "Great Hall") as well as a

intermediate central wing with changing rooms and sanitary facilities and additional administrative rooms. In

The renovation is to be carried out in two phases:

The subsection BA2.1 mainly comprises the renovation and extension of the "small hall" as well as the renovation of a

WC core and minor renovation work of the administration rooms.

The subsection BA2.2 includes the renovation of the "Great Hall" as well as the directly located smaller

Sports rooms "judo room" and "multipurpose room".

The two construction phases will be separated in time and worked on one after the other. The unprocessed areas

are to remain in operation during the other construction phase. The interfaces here are always

to coordinate closely with the construction management so that sports operations are disturbed as little as possible.

The main power supply, video surveillance, BMA and Zuko were renewed in Ba 1 and the new systems

in Ba 2 are to be connected to it. The connecting cables for this are already in the electrical room Ba 2.
