49GSSH Lot N404 Building Automation

On behalf of STESAD GmbH, a new single-field sports hall is to be built at the school site of the 49th primary school in Dresden and then the renovation of the existing sports hall with the renewal of the outdoor facilities is to be realized.

As part of the 1st construction phase (new construction of a single-field sports hall), the lot N404 - building automation with the following services is put out to tender:

2 pcs electrical cabinets; 2 pcs building automation automation stations; approx. 3,000 m of control lines; approx. 1,400 m of installation cables; approx. 400 data points;

ca. 64 St. Feldgeräte

Maintenance of the system to be erected during the limitation period for claims for defects (4-year warranty) in accordance with §13 VOB/B will be put out to tender. The prices offered for maintenance are included in the evaluation for 4 years.
