As part of the IHP 2020-2036 it is planned that the John F. Kennedy School (MosaLira) and the Emile Weslyschool (Association Suringar) together with Samen Spelen will come to one housing project, the KKC (Kern Child Center) Maastricht West/Belfort. The size is approximately 3,500 m2 BVO. With the prescribed architect in construction team, the Assignment concerns further elaboration of the design and on the basis of the Design & Build Agreement (UAV-gc) realization of the new building.
