1. The subject of the contract is the SUPPLY OF MEDICAL DISPOSABLE EQUIPMENT FOR SURGICAL PROCEDURES AND OTHER DISPOSABLE EQUIPMENT in accordance with the description and requirements contained in

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 15 packages (tasks).
3. A description of needs and requirements is described in the Terms of Reference.
4. The description of the subject matter of the contract has been prepared in accordance with Article 99(1) of the Public Procurement Law. However, where the description of the subject-matter of the contract or the accompanying documentation contains references to trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterises the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, as well as by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, such indications shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words 'or equivalent', even if the word "equivalent"
MEDICAL PACKAGE AND EQUIPMENT FOR SUCTIONING AND COLLECTION OF SECRETIONS (Appendix No. 2.1.)The package includes the following assortment: SERRES bag inserts, needles and puncture kits, paracentesis and thoracentesis kits, drains, suction kits, orthopaedic cans, chest drainage kits, mucus bags, wound protectors, gelling powders, Verres needle, laparoscopic evaculators – as described and quantified in Appendix 2.1.
PACKAGE X PROCTOLOGICAL ASSORTMENT 2 (Appendix No. 2.10.)This package describes the sigmoidoscopic tube of the U. U. – as described and quantified in Appendix No. 2.10.
PACKAGE XI STAPLERS, CHARGES, LAPAROSCOPIC INSTRUMENTS, CLIPS (Appendix No. 2.11.)The package includes the following assortment: bent circular stapler, linear stapler and stapler charges, laparoscopic instruments, laparoscopic sets, titanium clips, – in accordance with the description and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2.11.
PACKAGE XII SPRINKLERS, BLADES FOR SHEARERS (Appendix No. 2.12.)The package describes the blades of the shearer and the blades for the shearers – according to the description and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2.12.
PACKAGE XIII SINGLE-USE BRUSHES FOR SURGICAL HAND WASHING (Appendix No. 2.13.)The Package describes dry, sterile, single-use toothbrushes for surgical hand washing (without detergent) – as described and quantified in Appendix No. 2.13.
PACKAGE XIV NON-WOVEN DISPOSABLE ASSORTMENT (Appendix No. 2.14.)The package includes, among others, such assortment as: colonoscopy shorts/shorts, a set of medical bedding, disposable washcloths, tissue pads, JU sheets, shoe covers, underpants for examinations, – as described

PACKAGE XV ASSORTMENT USED DURING SURGICAL PROCEDURES (Appendix No. 2.15.)The package includes, among others, such assortment as: sterile adhesive tapes, self-adhesive transparent pockets, surgical caps, gauze drapes, compresses, self-adhesive bags for suction pumps, dissecting tuffers, sets for central venipuncture, lumbar puncture kits, anatomical forceps for the u.u., scissors j.u., surgical vices j.u., wound hooks, surgical tweezers j.u., according to the description and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2.15.
PACKAGE II SURGICAL AND ANESTHESIA KITS (Appendix No. 2.2.)The package includes the following assortment: sterile abdominal drains, Redon suction catheters, ureteral splint sets, embolectomy and thrombectomy catheters/catheters, single and two-stage cutaneous drainage sets, cystostomy kits, nephrostomy kits, lumbar puncture needles, spinal anesthesia needles, continuous epidural anesthesia kits, central venous catheterization kits – according to

PACKAGE III MEDICAL KITS (Appendix No. 2.3.)The package includes the following assortment: sets of disposable extraction bags for laparoscopic procedures, kits for banding esophageal varicose veins, endoscopic staplers with loads – in accordance with the description and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2.3.
PACKAGE IV DIATHERMY ELECTRODES, SINGLE-USE HOLDER (Appendix No. 2.4.)The package includes the following assortment: needle arthroscopic electrode, neutral electrode, monopolar holder – in accordance with the description and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2.4.
PACKAGE V DRAINS FOR SINGLE ROLLER PUMP (Appendix No. 2.5.)This package describes the drains for the single-roller pump – according to the description and quantity, which are specified in Appendix No. 2.5
PACKAGE VI LAPAROSCOPIC INSTRUMENTS, STAPLERS (Appendix No. 2.6.)The package includes the following assortment: tools for classic procedures for sealing and separating vessels, laparoscopic staplers with loads, linear closing and cutting staplers with loads – in accordance with the description and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2.6.
