The Lower Saxony State Office for Fire and Disaster Protection (NLBK) and the district of Celle (LK Celle) are jointly planning the construction of a technical centre with an integrated fire brigade technical centre on the site of the former Freiherr-von-Fritsch barracks. The property is owned by the state of Lower Saxony. The plan is to exploit synergies in the use of buildings.

In this procedure, the client intends to award the planning service for technical equipment (plant groups 4 and 5) in accordance with § 55 HOAI (Lph 2, 3, optionally 5 to 8). The assignment is carried out in stages.
