Operation and maintenance services for the CPAM du Rhône headquarters building

Carrying out of the multi-technical operation and maintenance of the installations of the Zola site, headquarters of the Rhône CPAM.

Carrying out of the operation and the multi-technical maintenance of the installations of the site of Zola, head office of the CPAM of the Rhône described in the Cahier des clauses techniques particular (CCTP) and its annexes numbered from 1 to 6. The building currently accommodates approximately 950 people on a plot of 9,188 m 2 and is broken down as follows: building A: R + 2 rue Louis Goux, building B: R + 7 cours Emile Zola (the top floor being technical rooms), building C: R + 4 rue Pierre Cacard, building D: R + 3 between the first 3 bodies of the building. Parking: 36 surface parking spaces + 1 basement with 312 spaces. All for a net floor area of 17,456 m 2 , usable area of 16,419 m 2 . The building is classified in type W 5 e category for the ground floor and the 4 e and 6 e floor of building B. The other buildings are subject to the labor code. The market covers all of the following areas:

- air conditioning, heating,

The market is broken down as follows:

- component 1: ordinary contract annual flat-rate services,

- component 2: framework agreement with order forms without minimum or maximum, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 to 14 of the Public Order Code (CCP).

For additional services or work related to the maintenance of the site, not provided for in the package following unit price schedule and / or following estimate.
