Tender design

Procurement is conducted through Mercell TendSign. Access to the system requires a login. The username and password are obtained by making a simple registration at www.tendsign.com. It is free of charge for bidders to use the system and to tender. Technical questions about the system are put to TendSign support by email: tendsignsupport@mercell.com. Manual, instructional film and answer to frequently asked questions can be found at www.upphandlingsettyg.mercell.se/en/tendsign-support. Support is open weekdays 7am-5pm.

The tenderer's tender shall be written in Swedish. Single words and expressions in other languages are accepted in Swedish. Certificates and items are accepted in the original language. Answers should be provided at designated locations in TendSign. In case of free-text responses, if necessary, separate annex may be attached to the tender.

Bidders may, through the system, access to any additional information, questions/answers and corrections during the tender period. If a tenderer retrieves the procurement document otherwise than in TendSign, the Municipality cannot guarantee that information on questions/answers, corrections and so on during the tender period, the tenderer will provide.
