The Framework Agreement on the purchase and delivery of electrical and lighting materials and equipment for the needs of the group of orders formed between the City of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage (coordinator), Le Touquet & Co and the Communal Centre for Social Action, is multi-awarded with a maximum of 3 economic operators. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 2,000,000 euro ht as and when needed. The duration is set at 12 months from the date specified in the notification, renewable by tacit agreement from year to year without the total duration exceeding 4 years. Variations in relation to the subject-matter of the contract are not allowed and there are no mandatory variants
