The subject of the contract is a service consisting in granting and servicing a long-term loan in Polish zlotys in the amount of up to PLN 14,000,000 (fourteen million zlotys and zero groszy) intended to cover the planned budget deficit.

2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract:

2.1. Loan currency: PLN Polish (PLN).

2.2. Loan period: from December 2022 to 31 December 2026.

2.3. The amount of the agreed instalments shall remain unchanged regardless of the interest paid.
