New fire station Gilching - Objektplanungsleistungen.
The municipality Gilching intends to carry out a new building for the fire department Gilching after a decision of the local council of 16.10.2018. Object planning services are tendered in accordance with § 34 HOAI, service phases 1-9.
The service phases are each commissioned step by step, the first stage provides for the service phases 1-2. After completing the first stage, a construction management plan procedure should be carried out with these results (duration approx. 1-2 years). The implementation of the further phases of work takes place after approval of the development plan.
