The services concerned are:

* Electric heating
* VMC-VNR
* Electric E.C.S balloon
* Plumbing-Sanitary-Faucets
* Indoor gas distribution
* Chimney sweeping and ventilation ducts.
Around 3,000 dwellings in the building stock of the project owner would be affected by this contract.
