The building management Uelzen-Lüchow-Dannenberg is planning to renovate the electrical system of the district house in Lüchow, Königsbergerstraße 10 in 29439 Lüchow (Wendland).

The district house was built in 1981/1982, and the electrical system was partially expanded and rebuilt over this time. In 2014, a new emergency lighting system and house alarm system was installed, and in 2021 a new emergency power system was installed to supply the entire district house.

The district building houses the administrative units of the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg as well as other offices and administrations of other organizations. The specific features of an administration (e.g. operation of a rescue service provider, coordination between all specialist services to be involved, etc.) must be taken into account throughout all service phases.

The renovation of the electrical system is to take place while the administration is in operation.
