Stadibau GmbH intends in the Erzgießereistr. 14 to Linprunstr. 18 in Munich the realization of a housing construction project to secure the living space needs of state employees in the Free State of Bavaria.

Specifically, it is a housing complex consisting of:

- Demolition and new construction of a residential building on the Erzgießereistr. 14 (GFA 2 110 m 2nd );

- Conversion of the existing building on Erzgießeistr. 14 / Linprunstr. 18 (GFA 7 830 m 2nd );

- Demolition and new construction of a residential building (GFA 10 550 m 2nd ) with underground parking (BGF 2 890 m 2nd ) at Linprunstr. 18 (1.BA - courtyard development).

VE 118.1 Building cleaning work Building cleaning work for new residential buildings:

- approx. 7 450 m 2nd Cleaning of living rooms (living and dining rooms, bedrooms and children's rooms, hallways) and common rooms (hall, parcel station and corridor area);

- approx. 885 m 2nd Cleaning bathroom rooms, toilet rooms;

- approx. 500 m 2nd Cleaning kitchens;

- approx. 2 985 m 2nd Clean technical and storage rooms, corridors, stairwells and arcades;

- 7 pieces cleaning elevator;

- approx. 2,670 m 2nd Cleaning windows;

- approx. 595 m 2nd Clean balconies, loggias, patios;

- approx. 1,035 m 2nd Clean underground parking.
