Innovation Norway would like to enter into a framework agreement with a single tenderer for the purchase of credit information and associated services to ensure correct and up-to-date credit information for our assessment of loans and grants to businesses.

The main elements of the framework agreement are:

Credit and monitoring services, including:

Company information, accounting data and auditor's notes

Access to information about politically exposed persons (PEP) and sanction lists

API for real-time monitoring (money laundering), overview of genuine Norwegian licence holders

Portfolio checks/monitoring of the Contracting Authority's customer portfolio, excluding sole proprietorships

Consultancy services, including, but not limited to:

Consultancy/development related to

The Contracting Authority's own scoring of customers

Sustainability scoring
