the contract concerns the supply of electricity to the delivery points of the sites of the Communauté de Communes Ardenne Rives de Meuse, the SPL Rives de Meuse, the Régie intercommunales de l'eau et de l'assainissement, whose DSO is EDF sa, for the firm period from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2025, for their delivery points Special conditions: The contract, carried by the Communauté de Communes Ardenne Rives de Meuse, is awarded to several contracting authorities formed as an Order group composed of the Communauté de Communes Ardenne Rives de Meuse, the Société Publique Locale "Rives de Meuse", manager of the RIVEA aqualudic centre, and the Régie Intercommunales de l'eau et de l'assainissement, pursuant to Articles L2113-6 and L.2113-7 of the Public Order Code (Ccp). Each member of the group will verify its invoices and pay its expenses.
