1. The subject of the contract is: Collection and management of municipal solid waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the City of Ostrów Mazowiecka

2. The scope of the order shall include, in particular:

1) The provision of services consisting in the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the territory of the City of Ostrów Mazowiecka;

2) Equipment designated by the Contracting Authority of inhabited properties with suitable containers for the collection of municipal waste mixed, bags for collection of municipal waste collected selectively, and containers and bags for collection of biowaste and ash, meeting the requirements laid down in the attachments to the SWZ;

3) Achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with applicable law;

(4) Management of municipal waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy;

5) Keeping reporting and documentation related to the activities covered by the contract during the contract execution period.

Each of the Contractors submitting a tender is obliged to attach: The Single European Procurement Document (ESPD), a Declaration of non-exclusion pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, a Statement of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (if applicable), a Power of Attorney (if applicable), the original of the security document in sureties or guarantees (if applicable) and an obligation for third parties to make available the necessary resources (applies to only if the Contractor relies on the capacities or situation of other entities on the principles set out in Article 118 of the Public Procurement Law). An economic operator which relies on the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion against them and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, to the extent that it relies on their resources, shall also submit single European Procurement Documents for those entities. When drawing up the EOD in Part IV: 'Eligibility criteria', one may confine oneself to completing section α 'General statement concerning all eligibility criteria', without supplementing the other sections in Part IV.
