The consultation is made by open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 25.1, 66, 67 and 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts.
The market is divided into 2 phases defined as follows:
- phase 1: installation of a new electric pump unit with an electrical cabinet,
- phase 2: supply and installation of a second electrical cabinet to control an existing EI electric pump unit.
