The subject of the contract is the provision of services: collection of municipal waste from owners of residential, uninhabited and mixed properties, on which municipal waste is generated, located in the commune of Strzelce Opolskie and their transport, as well as management of collected waste, in accordance with applicable law.

The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the collection and transport of municipal waste from the commune of Strzelce Opolskie (cities and all villages) from all producers, and the management of collected waste. Unsegregated (mixed) waste and collected separately (mixed recyclable materials, paper, glass packaging waste, biodegradable waste and ashes) collected in bags or containers placed next to real estate will be collected. The contractor will also be obliged to organize "mobile" collection of bulky waste and waste electronic and electrical equipment from the entire commune. The scope also includes keeping documentation related to the implementation of the contract.
