Framework agreements for bank services for Østre Toten, Vestre Toten and Nordre Land municipalities, valid from 1.1.2017.

The framework agreement service provider(s) of main bank services shall support efficient operation of bank services in the form of optimum bank transactions, liquidity management, operating credit, efficient communication systems, cash management and other daily bank services. The contracting authority shall have an option to place surplus liquidity with other financial institutions. The contracting authority shall have access to consultancy services as regards the market, financing solutions and placement alternatives from the chosen service provider(s).

Tenders shall be based on branch specific standards and the regulations and directives that apply to the branch.

One framework agreement will be signed per municipality. Tenderers will be chosen based on which tender is the economically most advantageous as regards the terms in the tender documentation.
