In accordance with the provisions of additional provision 4a of the LCSP, participation in the contract award procedure is reserved in its entirety in Special Work Centers (CET), when at least 70 per 100 of the affected workforce are people with disabilities with special difficulties:

people with a degree of disability greater than 65% and those with intellectual, mental disability or cerebral palsy with a degree of recognition equal to or greater than 33%.
