Description:

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health shall hold a negotiated procedure for the procurement of a new Service Management tool at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, primarily for use in the departments for IT and e-health (hereafter called SIIT). SIIT consists of the following units:

IT-support (SIITSE).

IT operation, infrastructure and security (SIITSI).
