Assignment/delivery:

AEN, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall carry out procurement for installation of Advanced Metering and Control system (AMS). The assignment will comprise of the following main parts:

— assembly/installation of meters intended to approx. 200 000 units,

— assembly/installation of infrastructure as well as installation of meters and equipment in net stations, intended to approx. 9 000 units,

— advanced metering and control system customer centre, including booking of agreements for installations for customers and management of installation resources,

— operative operational liability for the delivery during the deployment.

Qualification:

Relevant suppliers must register in the Sellihca qualification system with qualification for the code 2.1.3.

It is required qualification on this code in order to be accepted as relevant tenderer. The Awarding Authority will select a representative selection of qualified suppliers who will be invited to participate in the tender contest.

— deadline for registration to participate in information meeting - 25.8.2012,

— information meeting - 6.9.2012,

— deadline for registration in Sellihca - 11.9.2012,

— publication of the prequalification in Sellicha - 12.9.2012,

— deadline for submitting applications for prequalification - 3.10.2012 at 12:00 hrs,

— estimated date for notification of qualified and selected suppliers - 24.10.2012,

— estimated distribution of the tender documents (RFP) - 1.11.2012.
