The contractor must have general (specific) insurance conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, for all insurance specified in the subject of the contract.

The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment contract, persons performing the administrative activities necessary to perform the contract related to day-to-day servicing and in supervision of the service process and the settlement of damages.
