I. Object of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the supply of oncological drugs for the Zofia z Zamoyska Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg, included in 17 packages.
II. Order description:

2.The trade names given in the SWZ price form are exemplary. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting equivalent offers, i.e. equivalent pharmaceutical and therapeutical.
