This tender opportunity is for the provision of External Audit Services and Corporate Tax Advice to the Harper Adams University Group and the separate independent charity Harper Adams Development Trust with effect from April 2021 for the financial year end 31 July 2021.

The contract is for the provision of external audit (including the University’s Teachers’ Pension Scheme Annual Return) and corporation tax compliance services to the University and its wholly-owned UK subsidiaries. The appointed external auditor will also be required to provide an annual report to the University in respect of the University’s arrangements to manage and control the delivery of its subcontracted apprenticeship contracts as required by the Education & Skills Funding Agency publication: Apprenticeship funding rules for main providers.
