The indicative amount of fuel available for the fueling period is 1 100 000 liters. The Contracting Entity shall not be obliged to purchase all the specified quantity of fuel during the fuel supply period. The maximum amount of fuel purchased during the fuel supply period will depend on the needs of the contracting entity and the funds available for purchase.

Diesel fuel to be delivered and bottled in the underground fuel tanks of the Contracting Entity, located at Šarūno g. 2. The Supplier shall ensure that in case the Contracting Entity would no longer be able to refuel its vehicles itself, the Contracting Entity would be able to refuel its vehicles free of charge at the place (or service station) specified by the Supplier in Šiauliai according to the periodicity specified by the Contracting Entity. At the refueling point, it must be possible to refuel buses, as well as accounting in accordance with Lithuanian standards. The supplier will have to guarantee at least 15 000 liters of fuel per day. The minimum order quantity for a one-time order is 10,000 l to 18,000 l.
