The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Piotrków Trybunalski, on behalf of:
- collecting dispersed waste with export,
- collecting cumulative waste with exports,
- waste loading and removal,
- mowing lawns without raking,
- mowing lawns with raking and removal,
- removing growing vegetation,
- spraying,
- raking and exporting leaves,
- sweeping paved areas,
- cleaning the road with sweepers,
- cleaning rain grates,
- clearing snow on pedestrian and bicycle routes,
- roughing slippery surfaces of pedestrian and bicycle routes

As part of the services that are the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to:
1) removal during the course of works of all kinds of waste outside the road lane or other place indicated by the contracting authority. Waste is the property of the Contractor;
2) securing the work area for the time of performing the service in accordance with the required regulations and covering related costs;
3) 24-hour availability; The Contractor shall indicate in the bid form the person to be on duty 24 hours a day along with the following data (name and surname, address / registered office and telephone number);
4) performing the service in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular: the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 992, as amended); The Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended);
5) performing the service in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
6) The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Employer, at the latest on the day of the conclusion of the contract, a document confirming that he is insured against civil liability in the scope of conducted activity related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee sum of not less than PLN 300,000.00 together with proof of payment of contributions.
