The subject of the contract is to prepare project documentation and then, on its basis, delivery, assembly and commissioning of 103 sets. solar sets,

36 biomass boilers (including 4 in outbuildings) and 97 solar collector sets (including 10 on outbuildings).

1. The subject of the contract is to prepare project documentation and then, on its basis, delivery, assembly and commissioning of 103 sets. solar sets,

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

a. preparation of project documentation - the Contractor will prepare construction and executive documentation for all industries in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Building Law;

b. construction of on-grid photovoltaic installations with associated infrastructure, connection to the internal power installation, commissioning of the installation, training of users, preparation of a notification form for connecting micro-installations to the power grid to the DSO. The power of the designed devices 2.1 kW, 3.0 kW, 4.2 kW, 5.1 kW, 6.0 kW;

c. construction of a solar installation. The system will include solar collectors mounted on the roof of the object, its facade or ground, a water heater with a system that ensures the continuity of the installation, necessary fittings. The contractor will train the users of the installation in its operation and operation. The installation will be used to heat domestic hot water. Power of designed devices 10 kW, 15kW, 20 kW, 34 kW;

d. assembly of biomass boilers using pellets. The system will include a biomass boiler together with a container with a feeder, system protections and necessary fittings. The contractor will train the users of the installation in its operation and operation. The installation will be used for central heating and domestic hot water. The power of the designed devices 3.2 kW, 4.8 kW, 6.4 kW

3. Due to the above deliveries, the subject of the contract includes:

a) obtaining on behalf of the Employer all arrangements, opinions, decisions, technical conditions, notifications necessary for the development of design documentation and implementation of construction works;

b) obtaining maps for design purposes / obtaining maps for location purposes - if the installation specification requires it;

c) preparation of project documentation, i.e. detailed design, bill of quantities, investor's cost estimate, as well as technical specification for execution and acceptance of construction works, including construction of the installation related to the implementation of the above task and associated works necessary to perform;

d) obtaining a building permit / notification of the intention to perform works - if the specificity of the installation requires it;

e) assembling the installation based on the developed project documentation;

f) following the instructions for using the installed devices;

g) preparation of necessary as-built documentation as well as preparation and submission of applications for installation of bidirectional electricity meters to the local power plant;

h) conducting training for all users of the mounted devices on how to use them, as well as preparing and submitting the operating and operating instructions in a paper version;

i) carrying out technological start-up;

j) carrying out author's supervision as part of the developed project documentation.
