The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to operate, maintain, install and supply multiplexing equipment within the framework of the Ultra High Speed Network (UHD), following a previous open tendering procedure that was declared unsuccessful due to ineffectiveness. The contract is awarded according to a procedure with negotiation subject to the provisions of Articles L2124-3 and R2124-3 1°, R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the French Public Procurement Code (CCP).
